Our Team
Kerrie-Sue is a Certified Private Money Broker who finds great joy in helping others achieve their dreams and goals. She spent over two decades in Omaha NE before moving to Wyoming to be near family. All of her previous occupations have been in customer service, hospitality, advertising, insurance, and real estate investing. As you can tell there is a theme, and that theme is serving others. She understands that banks don’t always see the value in house flipping so it can be challenging to get a conventional loan which is why she chose to focus on Private Money Lending.
